Ordering Flowers
All listed prices include delivery within a 10km radius of our Sydney CBD floral studio / store only. This delivery area covers most inner city suburbs but not outer suburbs, delivery outside of this area may attract extra delivery charges. In this case we will contact you and you can decide whether to pay the extra delivery or cancel the order with full refund.
Botanics Florist Sydney delivers Mon - Fri, we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, if you order for weekends or public holidays your order will be automaticaly moved to the next business day.
As the person ordering the flowers, it is your responsibility to make sure that the delivery details are correct and that someone will be at the address to receive the flowers. In the event that no one is at the address at time of delivery the courier will leave the flowers in a safe place. If the flowers cannot be safley left then the flowers may be returned to our studio in which case another delivery charge will be charged to us and we will unfortunately have to pass this onto you.Alternatively the flowers may be left with someone else who can take delivery of the flowers. If the flowers are required to again be sent then another delivery charge will again be charged. If the delivery details are incorrect we will of couse attempt to find the correct address etc. If we are unable to do so , the flowers will be returned to our store and the extra delivery charge/s will apply. When sending flowers to a hospital it is your responsibility to make sure that the recipient is still located at the hospital. In the event that the recipient has checked out upon delivery the flowers will be left with the hospital, you will be informed and the recipient can collect the flowers from the hospital.

Once you are happy with your completed order you will be taken to the next page to enter your details along with delivery and card information for the recipient.
On this page you can also register as a member of Botanics Florist Sydney and receive emails on special offers and events. As a member you are also able to email us with any gardening questions you may have and we will answer them.
Next you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay securely using your credit card.

Botanics Florist Sydney operates Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm. We may be able to deliver on weekends but you must contact us to pre- arrange this.
